Channel 7 Blue Hill to Host Pan Festival BLUE HILL- Flash In The Pans, a steel drum band out of Blue Hill, is so upbeat and full of excitement, that it's nearly impossible to not want to get up and dance. “Well, I would say that my favorite part is just seeing how the music captivates people. Once you get people playing the music, you get people playing it are having so much fun, and the music that they're making is pretty irresistible to audiences. Even reserved Mainers can't help but get up and dance around to it,” said Carl Chase, the Music Director of Flash In The Pans.
